Sensei Grimes held the first Pre Dan Grading course of the year at Yate Leisure Centre on Sunday 15/Jan. There was excellent attendance from WKF clubs and the four hour course covered many aspects from basics and kata through to pair work. Here's a picture of everyone who attended the course:
